Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the payment received for the returned item, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Items must be returned in original packaging

Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Hygiene Notice – Costume Jewelry
Our store sells artificial (costume) jewelry.
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from return once opened, tried on, or worn:

Ear cuffs

Any jewelry intended for pierced ears
This exclusion applies in accordance with §312g (2) No. 3 BGB (German Civil Code) for sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Earrings or pierced jewelry that has been opened or worn

Items showing signs of use or damage

Items returned without original packaging

Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
