TERMS OF SERVICE (Terms & Conditions)
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Products
We sell costume/artificial jewelry and accessories. Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Prices & VAT (Small Business Regulation)
All prices are shown in EUR (€).
No VAT is charged under the small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung) according to §19 UStG. Therefore, VAT is not shown on invoices.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place the order.
4. Ordering & Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or lack of stock.
5. Payment
Payment methods offered at checkout are available depending on your location and order. Orders are processed after successful payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy (which forms part of these Terms).
8. Hygiene Exclusion for Earrings (Important)
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from return once unsealed, opened, tried on, or worn, where applicable under German law (§312g (2) No. 3 BGB for sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed for hygiene reasons).
9. Warranty / Defects
Your statutory rights under German law apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve the issue.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable typical damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logo, design) is protected. Any use beyond personal shopping requires prior written permission.
12. Governing Law & Consumer Protection
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right, contact us by a clear statement (e.g., email).

Returns Process

Email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

unused, unworn, unaltered

in original packaging
-
returned with all included parts (cards, pouches, etc.)
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from return once unsealed, opened, tried on, or worn, where applicable under §312g (2) No. 3 BGB.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase amount for the returned item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or proof of return).

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received back or you provide proof of return.
Shipping Costs
If you withdraw, we refund the item price. Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded only to the extent required by law; any extra costs for premium shipping options are not refunded.
Defective / Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
VAT Note (§19 UStG)
We do not charge VAT under the small business regulation (§19 UStG). Therefore, refunds are made for the amount paid (no VAT is shown or refunded separately).
